These battery are certainly from the same manufacturer of the big know brand. They did design-it in function to be distribute-it in bulk with out a big name behind and limited quality p/r price and satisfaction.
Now if you need 2700 mAh battery for your fancy expensive camera, Don't get those. Small for a laser or LED system who drain a battery in no time. Get the good stuff (or right stuff) for-it. These are design to satisfy a general use like clock, kid flash-light, little toy, remote control and device like it. I did put some in my Canon SX10ir 10 mpx and I have well over 300 picture from one set of these battery. The thing is, I need the camera for about 10 minutes a day, everyday.
Now if I'm going to shoot all day, I will use rechargeable one who have 3x the load and give 2700 mAh... Yes I strongly recommend these battery but know what you are getting and what are your real need... Think, then save... not, Save, then think you don't get what you want...
