The first week out of the box I broke the little plastic earhook. It's easy to do so. It's brittle and awkward. Too bad, because the WE350 is compact, clear and works well. Months later I decided to give it a try and purchased a replacement hook. That was easy to do. Plenty out there. I wonder, maybe they break often. Because the assembled WE350 and earhook has to be treated delicately (the little carry pouch isn't much help, because the earhook is not protected by it) I have taken to leaving it in the car, forgetting it on desks. Grrr. I think I'll be shopping for a new set up. To be fair, with my new careful treatment of the product, it's lasting and works just fine.
