Okay, this thing played great for about 9 months. Then, one day, it just stopped playing DVDs. I called tech support and they had me re-set the machine, blow compressed air through the drive, etc. and nothing's helped. It will play Blu-Ray movies and CDs, but every time I put in a DVD, it tells me "No Disc". I've upgraded the Firmware twice now with the most up-to-date versions, nothing helps. Very disappointed!
