I ordered a replacement lamp from Big Screen Warehouse for my Samsung DLP TV. The lamp arrived promptly and inspected by a service technician. After correctly installing the lamp my TV had issue with a safety switch inside causing me to contact Big Screen Warehouse to troubleshoot the issue. I receive polite friendly and extremely knowledgeable help from their service tech Larry who was not only able to direct me to a fix with the switch problem but also a "shadow box issue" I have had with the TV for some time. Larry also informed me of a class action lawsuit against the TV maker for my set. Big Screen Warehouse uses an excellent forum for reviews on products and I will be sure to contact them with any problems I have in the future. Excellent costumer support. Thanks Larry.
