Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Samsung ML-2510 Monochrome Laser PrinterCustomer Review: Wow... Cheap, small, ultra fast Summary: 5 Stars
I have owned a Samsung printer before, which made me extremely reluctant to buy this laser. Anyhow, I purchased it anyways as my backup printer ($80). I have an online business, so I am pretty much constantly printing.
This printer hands-down beats my business class Dell All-In-One Laser ($500), Brother Laser ($250), Minolta Laser ($400); I have pretty much made it my default printer, for all my document jobs. Installed easily on WinXP.
It spools extremely fast, prints pages uber quick, and puts out really crisp text. The only cons that I have are that there isn't a manual/single feed slot and the output and feed trays are both a bit tacky.

I wanted to update this review with the current health of my printer. It is has been about 6 months since I have had this printer. During that time, I have gone through my starter cartridge and a replacement. Watch out, they cost around $70. But in all honesty, I don't mind considering how cheap this little guy is. Also, while installing the new cartridge, I discovered that my printer had a manual feed tray (though I am yet to use it).
I didn't fully realize how cool this buy was until I hooked it up to my Ubuntu Linux laptop. I was looking for the drivers online and read that the driver CD already had an installation file for Linux. Very nice, I was glad I didn't toss it. Just be sure to follow the steps as instructed in the installation CD. From what I read on the Ubuntu forums, this printer doesn't like 3rd party CUPS drivers.
One gripe after all this time is this... When spooling, the printer slightly dims my lights; although, I never had to mess with my breaker box because of it. A printer very much like this one that I can also recommend is the Brother HL-2040. It's a lot more quite, doesn't cause dimming of lights, but is a bit slower.
